Network Outage

FYI: Last night, our web hosting company suffered a network outage, which prevented our site from being accessed and working properly. Below is their message to their customers:

[2007-08-22] Network Outage

Dear Customers,

At approximately 8:30PM CT on August 21st, we experienced a failure with one of our upstream providers in Chicago that resulted in a partial loss of network connectivity to our data center. While this mainly affected resolving our name servers, other services were also affected such as SiteControl and SiteMail.

As of 1AM CT, customers who's websites were affected, had their website services restored and their pages serving normally.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and are committed to further investigate this outage and correcting or improving our services to prevent this type of outage from occurring again.
