Lottery Power Picks has experiences a Mega Millions slump the past few months. It took 14 drawings before our recommended numbers contained a jackpot winning combination. And, during that time, there were 3 actual jackpot winners.

So how do we feel about this? Well, looking at our yearly track record, we are pleased to report that our recommended numbers contained the winning combination 13 times out of 43 drawings (with less than 2.5 million combinations). Whereas, there were only 6 actual winning tickets sold during that same time.

This means that even with a slump, we are out performing the Mega Millions Quick Picks by more than 2 times.

During this month of May, Powerball has been running their 10X Powerplay promotion, which gives players who purchase this option the chance to win up to 10 times their prize. 

But, to date, the 10X multiplier has not been drawn. With only 2 more drawings left in May, we wondered what would happen if this multiplier does not occur at all.

After checking the Powerball site, we learned that Powerball guarantees that a 10X multiplier will be selected at least once by extending the promotion period until it hits.
