Three Important Changes to Our Hot Cold Pages

While we were adding the two Texas Lottery games to our Hot Cold Lottery Number Analysis pages, we made 3 significant modifications to all the pages.

1. First, we added a pull-down menu on the left side of the page. This allows players to more easily find and review the same analytics for all  12 lotto games we support.
2. Second, we expanded our previous hot cold number results from 6 to 26 drawings.
3. Third, we completed the lottery number combination calculation to accurately display the number of possible combos when playing: hot numbers only; cold numbers only; both hot and cold numbers; neutral numbers; and both neutral and hot numbers.

Next on our agenda is to implement these changes on our Even Odd Lottery Number pages, and then complete the programming enabling you to get our Lottery Power Picks for both Lotto Texas and Texas Two Step.

All Odd Number Mega Millions & Powerball Numbers Still Expected

About 2 1/2 weeks ago (5 drawings), we notified our readers that all odd white number combinations are over-due to be drawn in both the Powerball and Mega Millions lotteries. Our recommendation was based on the observed facts that at least 1 to 2 such combos are picked every 6 months. Since that time, neither game has produced an all odd number sequence, and we continue to recommend that our players consider playing those numbers until they occur.

The Powerball game came close to all odd numbers on July 17th, producing 4 of 5odd balls. Mega Millions has been mostly split between 2 to 3 odd balls during this period. However, in the evening of July 2nd, we saw the weighting lean toward all even numbers (when 4 even were drawn).

So if you are hoping to win a lottery jackpot, consider limiting your playing balls to those that are all odd numbers while these are in overdue states.

We recently discovered that the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, BCLC, publishes a quarterly periodical called:

Luck Magazine

It dates back to Summer 2007 and is in pdf format. The typical edition contains 5 pages containing: a brief summary of winners; Lotto 649, BC49, Lotto Max & Extra numbers; frequency of drawn number tables; expiring scratch off ticket games; and more.

So, if you are a Canadian Lottery player, this is a great summary of all your favorite games which you can print and use as a handy reference.

We recently added a new pull-down menu button to all of our Hot Cold Lottery Number Identification pages to help players more easily find the same analysis for all our covered lottery games.

Once the page is fully loaded, the button is located in the upper left region of the screen, just below the current jackpot levels.

To use, simply click on the button, move your cursor down to the desired game, and click.

Some Girls Have All the Luck

According to a number of sources, Joan Ginther, originally from Bishop Texas, has won her 4th multi-million dollar lottery prize!

Beginning in 1993, she won a Lotto Texas $5.4 million prize. Then about 13 years later, she won another $2.0 million scratch-off jackpot. Soon after in 2008, Ms Ginther landed a winning $3.0 million scratch-off ticket.

And, just recently in 2010, she claimed one of the top $10 million prizes offered in the Texas Lottery's $140 million Extreme Payout game.

While many of us complain that we can't even win a $2 Mega Millions or $3 Powerball prize, this one lucky woman has shot for the stars and reaped the rewards.

However, neither lottery has generated an all 5 odd white ball selection during the past 52 drawings (26 weeks).

Therefore, we recommend players limit their ball selection to only odd numbers as they are now overdue.
